In the Collective Room are 4 to 6 person room where beds (bunks or single bed) are rented individually. All rooms have ar conditioning, lockers, individual lights and an exclusive bathroom shared only with the other guests of the room.

  • Cancellation

    1. We will charge 10% of the amount deposited in case of cancellations until seven days prior to check-in.
    2. For cancellations made seven days or less prior to the check-in we will charge 60% of the reservation
    3. For later cancellations and ‘no shows’ we will charge one night and 60% of the rate for the rest of the period
    4. For early check-out we will charge 60% of the rate for the remaining nights
